Cubist Guard Dogs

You clearly had an original idea and vision for this painting. The composition is balanced, and colors are chosen well. Nothing in this picture draws one's attention too much, so it's easy to watch it and take in every detail. I like the way you've combined cubism and cartoonism, especially in the eyes. Some dog breeds are easy to recognize too, which I like.

As for the technique, I would've wished more contrast. A bit darker and lighter patches would've given it more depth. At some parts it's also a bit difficult to see how the dogs are positioned, where in some parts its obvious.

All in all this is a well painted piece with an original idea and nicely selected colors. Makes one want to know what the dogs are planning <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
